...There is a really relaxed feel about the place. This is somewhere you can just walk in and have an informal chat. MiCycle feels like a million miles from the normal bike shops which I’ve often found unwelcoming and a little patronising.
Some shops, such as MiCycle, have realised they are not selling bikes, they are selling cycling. It is this complete package that will keep people coming back and building a good relationship with their shop.
