This one focuses on wheels as they can be expensive to replace, so learn to look after the ones you’ve got. In this 2 hour session we’ll show you how to do a proper tyre check, how to maintain hubs and repair inner tubes. Yes, that means the dreaded puncture.
Nothing worse than getting caught out with a flat, and two miserable options; a very long walk home, or a very expensive black cab fare. Front, back, at home, and on road, the course will thoroughly put you through your puncture repair paces. You won't be taking off your back wheels just the once, but three times, so it becomes second nature. After all with any luck it may be months before you have to exercise this skill in situ, so we want to make sure you feel ready for the challenge.
